Why Use a Mobile Mortgage Consultant?

I have financing options that fit your needs- The bank and credit unions have one set of mortgage products and mortgage rates to choose from. I have access to the mortgage products of over 30 mortgage lenders (see Lender List) available to me, and am not associated to any one lender.  Some lenders have better products for different clients than others, and I can help you find the best mortgage fit for your required needs. I am FREE as the lender pays me - In most cases, I get paid by the lender where I place your mortgage, and not from the client.  My compensation is based on the amount of the mortgage - not the mortgage rate, so you can feel at ease knowing that I will work hard to get you the best rate and acquire your business now and in the future. Making sure you are happy is my goal.

I make your mortgage easy -   Since I'm a mobile mortgage consultant I work much more flexible hours then a bank and am able to meet you in your home for a consultation. I also do phone applications and on-line applications  whatever make things easier for the client always works best for me. I am even able to meet all your mortgage needs at a distance if your looking for a mortgage for a property off the Island or aren't in the same area of BC that I am in.

I am a Licensed Professional - As a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC, I have met all the academic requirements for licensing and keep up to date with continuing education, and mandatory exams ongoing during my career. I am governed by strict professional rules of conduct designed to ensure that the advice I give is impartial and meets the needs my clients. Licensing is not required of mortgage representatives in most traditional financial institutions.
